Thomas Novoa, owner and winemaker of Château les Garrelles, has challenged himself by doing something that is out of the box. He tends his crop and vinifies his wine without any chemicals and minimal intervention in the area where pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizer and machines are the norm. His wines are always pure and delicate showing the best Bordeaux terroir.
