Thomas Novoa, owner and winemaker of Château les Garrelles, has challenged himself by doing something that is out of the box. He tends his crop and vinifies his wine without any chemicals and minimal intervention in the area where pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizer and machines are the norm. His wines are always pure and delicate showing the best Bordeaux terroir.

TASTING NOTE
This is a rare and elegant bordeaux made from 100% organically grown grapes with zero added sulfur. It’s a natural wine from a famous area where chemicals are vastly used. The nose is very pure with distinct aromas of wild fruits and flowers. The body is lean and elegant with ripe acid. The finish is lingering and clearn.

TASTING NOTE
This is a rare and elegant bordeaux made from 100% organically grown grapes. The nose reveals a floral fruity chracter with a touch of spices. The body is mild and lean with refreshing acid. The finish is fine and very pleasant.
